Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Deployed ("Deployed.fun," "Deployed," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you visit deployed.fun, connect a digital wallet, create or trade a token, participate in token chat, contact support, or otherwise interact with the Deployed interface and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
Deployed operates as a noncustodial interface. We do not possess or control your wallet, private keys, or digital assets, and we do not execute blockchain transactions for you. Deployed is responsible for personal information processed through the systems and services it controls. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@deployed.fun.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Platform.
Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Deployed in connection with the Platform. It does not apply to the practices of third parties that Deployed does not own or control, including public blockchain networks, digital wallets, RPC providers, indexers, block explorers, decentralized storage systems, and other services you may access through or alongside the Platform. Section 8 explains this in more detail.
Information Deployed May Collect
The information we collect depends on the features you use. Public wallet addresses and blockchain transactions may qualify as personal information when they are linked, or reasonably capable of being linked, to an identifiable individual.
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Wallet and onchain data. Public wallet addresses, wallet signatures, transaction identifiers, token holdings, smart-contract activity, liquidity positions, order activity, and other publicly available blockchain records.
- Content you provide. Token names, ticker symbols, descriptions, images, social-media links, profile details, wallet-signed chat messages, and other content you submit through the Platform.
- Support communications. Your email address and any information you include in questions, complaints, support requests, or other correspondence you send us.
- Technical and network data. IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and security, error, or diagnostic records.
- Usage and performance data. Information about how users access and navigate the Platform, which features they use, and how the Platform performs.
- Browser preferences and connection state. Interface preferences, theme selection, wallet-session status, and related data stored by your browser, wallet software, or similar technologies.
We do not intentionally collect government identifiers, financial-account numbers, biometric data, or other sensitive categories of personal information, and you should not submit them to us.
Where Information Comes From
Deployed obtains information from several sources: directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from public blockchain networks; and from third-party providers such as wallet services, RPC providers, blockchain indexers, block explorers, analytics tools, and decentralized-storage (IPFS) gateways.
How We Use Information
Deployed may use information to:
- deliver, operate, maintain, and improve token discovery, creation, trading, liquidity, analytics, profiles, orders, and chat features;
- connect digital wallets, authenticate wallet signatures, prepare transaction requests, and display public onchain activity;
- display and process submitted content and detect or moderate spam, fraud, abuse, malicious links, and prohibited conduct;
- answer questions and handle support matters, disputes, and other communications;
- monitor availability, troubleshoot errors, evaluate performance, and understand how the Platform is used;
- protect Deployed, its users, and others against security incidents, misuse, and unlawful activity; and
- comply with legal obligations and apply or enforce our Terms of Use and other policies.
Legal Grounds for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, Deployed relies on one or more of the following: performing the services you request; pursuing legitimate interests such as operating, improving, and securing the Platform; complying with legal obligations; or obtaining your consent where consent is required.
You may withdraw consent where our processing depends on it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn, and some Platform functionality may become unavailable afterward.
Public Blockchain Records
Public blockchains are transparent, permissionless systems. Wallet addresses, transactions, token activity, smart-contract events, and related records may remain publicly accessible through the Robinhood Chain, network nodes, block explorers, indexers, and other services that Deployed does not operate.
Deployed cannot modify, conceal, reverse, or erase data written to a public blockchain. Disconnecting a wallet or submitting a privacy request will not remove historical onchain records. You should assume that anything you do onchain is permanent and public.
When Information May Be Shared
Deployed does not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us deliver hosting, content distribution, cybersecurity, analytics, wallet connectivity, blockchain access, indexing, decentralized storage, and market data.
Depending on the services currently in use, these providers may include Cloudflare, Vercel, Reown, third-party wallet providers, Robinhood Chain RPC services, Envio, Blockscout, IPFS gateways, and market-data vendors. A provider may process data on Deployed's behalf or under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose information:
- to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental demand;
- to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our agreements;
- to protect the rights, safety, or property of Deployed, its users, or others;
- in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar business transaction (subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy); or
- when you instruct us to do so or otherwise consent.
Information you submit to public areas of the Platform or publish onchain can be viewed and used by anyone.
Services Operated by Others
Wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, protocols, websites, and other third-party products linked to or accessible through the Platform are independently operated. We do not control their availability, security, data collection, or privacy practices. Review a third party's privacy disclosures and terms before using its service or providing it with information.
Cookies and Local Browser Technologies
Deployed and certain wallet or infrastructure providers may use cookies, local storage, and comparable browser technologies to retain preferences, support wallet sessions, secure the Platform, analyze reliability, and measure performance.
You can remove stored browser data or change your browser settings. Doing so may reset preferences or prevent some features from working correctly. Deployed does not use personal information to deliver targeted advertising and does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because there is no consensus on how to respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, the Platform does not currently respond to them.
How Long Information Is Kept
Deployed retains offchain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, maintain product features, handle disputes, enforce our agreements, preserve security, and meet legal obligations. The applicable period depends on the nature of the information and why it was collected. For example:
- token information, public chat content, and related operational records may remain available for as long as the applicable product feature is maintained;
- support communications may be stored until a matter is resolved and for a reasonable recordkeeping period afterward; and
- vendors may retain technical or service records under their own agreements and retention practices.
Records stored on public blockchains or distributed-storage systems may remain indefinitely and are not controlled by Deployed.
Information Security
We maintain reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the systems and information within Deployed's control. Nevertheless, no website, wallet, smart contract, blockchain network, transmission method, or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Never provide Deployed with a private key, recovery phrase, seed phrase, password, or other wallet credential. Deployed will never ask for them. If you believe an interaction with Deployed has caused or exposed a security risk, notify us at support@deployed.fun.
International Data Transfers
Deployed and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you reside. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. Where required by applicable law, Deployed uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
To submit a privacy request, email support@deployed.fun. Explain your request and provide the wallet address, email address, or other details reasonably necessary to identify the applicable offchain records. Before acting, we may take steps to verify your identity or your authority to submit the request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
Deployed will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Your rights may be subject to exceptions or limitations under relevant law, and Deployed cannot change or delete public blockchain records.
Depending on the feature and your jurisdiction, you may be able to:
- browse public portions of the Platform without connecting a wallet;
- disconnect your wallet, clear local browser data, and adjust wallet or browser permissions;
- avoid placing personal information in token metadata, profiles, public links, or chat messages;
- request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information Deployed maintains offchain;
- object to or request restrictions on certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on it; or
- appeal a privacy-request decision or lodge a complaint with an appropriate data-protection regulator.
We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Disclosures for United States Residents
Deployed does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a right to limit its use under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
Residents of certain states may have rights to know about, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of their personal information, and to appeal the denial of a request. To exercise these rights, email support@deployed.fun. Where the law permits, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information to Deployed, contact support@deployed.fun and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy as the Platform's features, infrastructure, service providers, or legal obligations change. The Effective Date at the top shows when the current version took effect. If a revision is material, we may provide notice through the Platform or another appropriate method. Your continued use of the Platform after a revised Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy.
