Terms of Use
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Deployed ("Deployed.fun," "Deployed," "we," "our," or "us"). They govern your access to and use of deployed.fun, the Deployed web interface, and any associated tools, content, functionality, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By visiting or using the Platform, connecting a digital wallet, or initiating a transaction through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, you may not use the Platform.
The Deployed Platform
Deployed makes available a software interface that lets users discover tokens and interact with public blockchains, digital wallets, smart contracts, liquidity pools, and services operated by third parties. Questions about these Terms may be directed to support@deployed.fun.
Who May Use the Platform
You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old — or the age of legal majority where you live, if higher — and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that entity.
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
- your use is lawful in every jurisdiction that applies to you;
- you are not treating Deployed as a broker, adviser, transaction executor, or provider of any other regulated financial service; and
- you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those concerning securities, commodities, anti-money laundering, and economic sanctions.
Restricted Jurisdictions. The Platform is not available to any person or entity that resides, is physically located, is incorporated, or maintains a registered office in any of the following (each a "Restricted Jurisdiction"):
- Cuba; Iran; North Korea; Syria; Russia; Belarus; the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine; Myanmar (Burma); and Venezuela; or
- any other territory subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"), the European Union, or the United Kingdom.
You further confirm that you are not on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list, including OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals ("SDN") list, the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons List, the UN Security Council Consolidated List, and comparable Canadian, United Kingdom, European Union, or Swiss lists.
We may revise the Restricted Jurisdictions as laws or regulatory guidance evolve. Deployed may also block, limit, or end access when reasonably necessary for legal, security, operational, or risk-management purposes, including where we believe a user is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
Noncustodial Technology
Deployed provides a noncustodial interface. We do not hold your digital assets or private keys, operate your wallet, sign or execute transactions for you, promise settlement, or reverse transactions recorded on a blockchain.
Deployed is not a bank, securities broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, fiduciary, money transmitter, or other financial institution. Information and functionality provided through the Platform do not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
You initiate and approve every transaction using your own wallet. Execution is governed by the relevant blockchain, smart contracts, and third-party systems — not by Deployed.
Wallet Security
Deployed will never request your private key or wallet recovery phrase. We cannot restore access to a wallet, retrieve lost assets, revoke wallet approvals, or reverse transactions authorized from a compromised wallet.
You are responsible for:
- safeguarding your wallet, private keys, recovery phrase, devices, passwords, and authentication tools;
- confirming transaction terms, token and contract addresses, approvals, fees, slippage settings, and the selected network before signing;
- using only trusted wallets and devices; and
- all activity approved through your wallet, including activity resulting from stolen credentials or compromised devices.
Blockchain Transactions
You must independently review every transaction and understand its consequences before authorizing it. Any displayed quote, price, balance, fee, market capitalization, simulation, or expected result is informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or different from the final onchain outcome.
Blockchain activity is often irreversible. A transaction can fail, remain unconfirmed, be reordered, or execute on unexpected terms because of network traffic, available liquidity, slippage, contract logic, validators, or third-party infrastructure. Deployed does not promise that any submitted transaction will be accepted, confirmed, completed, or processed within any particular period.
Fees
Using the Platform, and transacting through the protocols and smart contracts it connects to, may involve fees. These can include blockchain gas fees, protocol or smart-contract fees, liquidity or trading fees, and any interface or service fee charged by Deployed. Where Deployed charges a fee, we will make it available through the Platform or the applicable smart contract. Amounts shown before execution are estimates and may differ from the amount ultimately charged. Fees may change, and blockchain and protocol fees are set by third parties and networks, not by Deployed. You are responsible for reviewing all fees before you sign a transaction.
Token Creation and User Content
You alone are responsible for any token you launch, market, or promote, and for all information or material you provide, including names, ticker symbols, descriptions, images, links, profiles, and chat messages (collectively, "User Content").
By submitting User Content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, non-misleading, and supported by every right, consent, and permission required for its use. Making a token available through the Platform does not mean Deployed has investigated, approved, sponsored, or endorsed that token or its creator.
We may hide, limit, or remove offchain User Content from areas we control when we believe it breaches these Terms, creates legal or security exposure, or disrupts the Platform. We are not required to pre-screen or continuously monitor any user, content, or activity, and we cannot erase transactions or material permanently stored on public blockchains or independent distributed-storage systems.
Deployed may organize, rank, or highlight tokens using objective interface signals such as recency, activity, or transaction volume. Any placement or visibility produced by those methods is not an endorsement, recommendation, or representation about a token's safety, legitimacy, quality, or future value.
Trading and Liquidity Risks
Tokens and liquidity positions accessible through the Platform can be highly volatile, illiquid, experimental, malicious, or entirely worthless. Different assets may use identical or confusingly similar names and symbols — always verify the relevant contract address.
Liquidity provision and range or limit orders may involve impermanent loss, rapid price changes, partial fills, out-of-range positions, contract failures, and loss of principal. Some orders require a later claim or withdrawal transaction before assets are returned. Deployed makes no promise concerning liquidity, market depth, asset value, token graduation, order completion, counterparties, or your ability to sell or withdraw from a position.
Acknowledgment of Risk
You are solely responsible for researching tokens, evaluating risk, and making your own decisions. Do not commit assets you cannot afford to lose. By using the Platform, you knowingly accept the risks described in these Terms, including that:
- you could lose part or all of the assets you use;
- smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior;
- wallets, RPC providers, bridges, indexers, networks, pricing feeds, and storage services may malfunction or become inaccessible;
- market information may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or manipulated;
- tokens and transactions may create legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting obligations; and
- forks, upgrades, reorganizations, congestion, validator actions, or other network events may affect transactions and holdings.
Deployed does not determine or represent the legal or regulatory classification of any token, including whether it is a security in any jurisdiction. Nothing available through the Platform is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Statements from Deployed, its team, or a token creator must not be treated as financial or trading advice or as a promise of profit, appreciation, or return.
Costs and Taxes
Your transactions may involve blockchain gas fees, protocol charges, liquidity costs, price impact, slippage, and third-party expenses. Amounts shown before execution are estimates and may not match the amount ultimately charged. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all taxes, duties, assessments, and governmental charges connected with your use of the Platform.
Rules of Conduct
We may review suspected abuse and respond to valid legal requests. We may limit offchain content or interface access in addition to any other available remedy. When using the Platform, you may not:
- violate any law, sanction, intellectual-property right, privacy right, or other legal right;
- post deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or malicious token information, messages, or links;
- disrupt the Platform, circumvent access safeguards, spread malware, overload infrastructure, or scrape the service abusively;
- falsely claim an association with Deployed, or use the Platform to enable theft, manipulation, or other illegal conduct;
- exploit security weaknesses, falsify displayed data, evade usage limits, or deploy automation that harms users or systems;
- launder money, finance unlawful activity, conceal criminal proceeds, or defraud another person; or
- use the Platform — or create or promote a token through the Platform — for a capital raise, pooled investment, revenue- or profit-sharing plan, tokenized equity or debt, or any arrangement representing an ownership, creditor, or investment interest in an operating business or enterprise.
Interests and Potential Conflicts
Deployed and its affiliates may own, buy, sell, display, or otherwise hold an interest in tokens shown through the Platform and may act in more than one role in connection with the Platform. You agree that these activities are permitted and do not create an advisory, fiduciary, or similar duty to you. We may use internal measures to identify and address conflicts, but we are not required to disclose our transactions, positions, or interests in any token. Deployed may decline to participate where it determines that a conflict cannot reasonably be managed.
Usage and Transaction Limits
Deployed may establish or change limits on transaction amount, transaction frequency, wallet activity, or other Platform usage whenever we consider it appropriate for legal, security, operational, or risk-control reasons.
External Services
The Platform may connect with third-party wallets, chains, contracts, bridges, liquidity protocols, RPC services, indexers, explorers, websites, storage providers, and information sources. Deployed does not control their security, accuracy, availability, behavior, or contractual terms. Providing a link or integration does not imply that Deployed operates, sponsors, or endorses that service. Your relationship with a third party is governed by that third party's own terms and policies.
Deployed Intellectual Property
Deployed's interface, names, logos, visual design, documentation, and original software and content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Deployed grants you a personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable license to access the Platform for lawful purposes. Unless separate open-source terms expressly permit it, you may not reproduce, modify, commercialize, sublicense, or create derivative products or services from Deployed's protected materials without written authorization.
Copyright complaints. If you believe material available through Deployed infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@deployed.fun containing: (1) identification of the protected work; (2) identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact details; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. Deployed will process valid notices as required by applicable law, which may include disabling access to the material and, where appropriate, providing a counter-notice process.
License to User Content
You keep whatever rights you hold in your User Content. You grant Deployed a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, host, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and moderate that content to the extent reasonably needed to operate, protect, and market the applicable Platform features. That license continues for material preserved on public chains, distributed storage, backups, or records reasonably maintained for security or legal compliance.
Ideas and Feedback
When you send Deployed an idea, suggestion, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, adapt, and incorporate it for any purpose without payment or restriction. Do not send confidential information as feedback.
Changes to or Availability of the Service
Deployed may introduce, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, support for any particular wallet or network, continued storage of offchain information, or prior notice of a change. Compatible public blockchains and smart contracts may remain accessible without Deployed's interface, depending on the relevant system and your technical ability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." DEPLOYED DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY TOKEN, CONTENT, DATA, CONTRACT, TRANSACTION, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, AUTHENTIC, SAFE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEPLOYED AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS OR DATA; LOST DIGITAL ASSETS; FAILED, DELAYED, OR MISPRICED TRANSACTIONS; CONTRACT VULNERABILITIES; WALLET COMPROMISE; NETWORK EVENTS; MARKET MOVEMENTS OR MANIPULATION; OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL COMBINED LIABILITY OF DEPLOYED AND THE PARTIES LISTED ABOVE FOR ALL CLAIMS CONNECTED WITH THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO DEPLOYED FOR USE OF THE INTERFACE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100.
Where a jurisdiction does not permit a particular exclusion or limitation, that exclusion or limitation will apply only to the maximum extent its law allows.
Indemnity and Release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Deployed and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees resulting from your use of the Platform, your User Content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person's rights.
You also release those parties from claims or demands arising out of a dispute between you and another user or third party relating to Deployed, a token, a token creator, or a transaction. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."
Governing Law; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
Informal resolution first. Before formally starting a dispute about the Platform, you agree to email support@deployed.fun with a reasonable description of the issue. You and Deployed will then try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 60 days.
Governing law. Delaware law governs these Terms and any dispute arising out of them, the Platform, or your relationship with Deployed, without applying Delaware's conflict-of-laws rules.
Binding arbitration. If the parties do not resolve a dispute within 60 days, it will be decided exclusively by final, binding, individual arbitration rather than in court. The American Arbitration Association ("AAA") will administer the arbitration under the consumer or commercial rules appropriate to the dispute. The arbitration will be seated in Wilmington, Delaware, although either party may choose to participate by videoconference. The arbitrator may award any remedy a court of competent jurisdiction could award, subject to these Terms, and the award may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. YOU AND DEPLOYED EACH AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. NEITHER PARTY MAY PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT COMBINE THE CLAIMS OF MULTIPLE PEOPLE OR CONDUCT A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Court proceedings. If arbitration does not legally apply to you or a particular claim, any court proceeding other than an eligible small-claims matter must be filed exclusively in a state or federal court located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
30-day opt-out. You may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing written notice to support@deployed.fun within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Your notice must state your full name, your wallet address or account identifier, and an unambiguous request to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Nothing in this section waives any right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Suspension and Termination
Deployed may suspend, terminate, or otherwise limit your access to the Platform, with or without notice, in addition to any restriction described elsewhere in these Terms. We may do so if we reasonably suspect fraud, manipulation, sanctions exposure, legal risk, a violation of these Terms, coordinated misuse, harmful automation, or other conduct that threatens Deployed, its users, or the integrity of the service. These examples are not exhaustive, and access decisions may depend on confidential security or risk criteria that we are not obligated to disclose.
Provisions concerning eligibility, noncustodial operation, risks, fees, taxes, acceptable use, conflicts, intellectual property, content licenses, feedback, warranty disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and general legal terms — as well as any provision that by its nature should continue — survive termination.
General Provisions
If a court or arbitrator finds any provision unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain effective. A delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Section titles are for readability only and do not affect interpretation.
You may not transfer or assign your rights or duties under these Terms without Deployed's prior consent. Deployed may assign or transfer these Terms, or any related rights and obligations, without restriction or notice.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Deployed regarding the Platform, except where additional terms are displayed for a particular function or service.
Revisions to These Terms
Deployed may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, applicable law, or relevant risks. The Effective Date above identifies the current version. We may announce significant revisions through the Platform or another reasonable method. If you continue using the Platform after updated Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms for your subsequent activity. Stop using the Platform if you do not agree to an update.
